There have been some major changes made that can potentially impact your own applications and services that use this proxy detection api. Please pay close attention to the important changes listed below.

Important Changes:

  • Proxy detector api now supports ipv6 addresses for checking.
  • Proxy detector api detection output for public proxy servers has changed from “Live” to “Public”.

Also, as of right now the entire website is accesible to native ipv6 client.

  1. i have two questions is there a way to cut down the admin msgs from your api to one every four hours instead of some times every 20 mins.20 where can i find the proxy detector api >

    • Can you specify what exactly these “admin msgs” are and which api they’re associated with? If you’re talking about the chat room list and when it checks to make sure a chat room is still open, you would need to move off fxserver, as that is the only chat server that seems to have nag messages about connections.
